1. How do I enter?
Every one dollar spent on our site equals one entry towards the Win the American Dream Property Giveaway. For example, if you spent $10 - you get 10 entries. Your entries are automatically submitted and tracked through the website. Be on the lookout for entry multipliers throughout the property giveaway. For limited times, we will have bonus multipliers that give you more entries than normal. The more entries you have, the better your chances are. Like right now, you earn 50 bonus entries when you spend $50, giving you 100 total entries!
2. How do I know how many entries I have?
During checkout and on your order confirmation page, your entries are displayed.
3. When will the winner be announced?
Once the giveaway ends on 7/3/26, we submit all entries to our third-party sweepstakes administrator who conducts a computerized random drawing. This process takes 7-14 business days before we receive the winner's name.
4. How will I know if I won?
The owners of My Second Paycheck will contact you via phone, email and mail, with the contact information that you provided on your order. You will never be asked to provide a credit card or payment as a condition of a prize award.
5. How do I receive the property?
If you are the winner and you select the grand prize, we will work with you to arrange the dates for the closing process. Because you are receiving property, we still must undergo the closing process to properly have all deeds transferred and records updated. We cover the costs of the closing process.
6. Do I have to pay taxes?
You are not responsible for applicable the federal gift taxes and the property taxes for the 2026 year. You will be responsible for the subsequent property taxes in the years to follow.
7. I was contacted on social media saying that I won.
We will never use social media to contact the winner of the Giveaway. If you think that you have been contacted by someone impersonating My Second Paycheck, please contact us at Management@MySecondPaycheck.com so our team can investigate.
